After a distinguished career in law enforcement, Shaulene recognized a critical gap in accessible, professional lab collection services- particularly for employers, legal teams, and individuals who needed reliable, confidential testing without the hassle of clinic visits,
Drawing on her firsthand knowledge of DOT compliance, chain-of-custody protocols, and drug screening procedures, she launched The Lab Clinic to bring certified mobile collection directly to clients in New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk County Long Island.
