The Lab Clinic brings certified specimen collection directly to you, whether at home, at work, or on the job site. We handle DOT and non-DOT urine drug collections, breath alcohol tests, DNA collections, and background checks. No waiting rooms. No travel. Every specimen is collected under strict chain of custody, sealed in front of you, and sent to a certified laboratory for analysis.

Every collection is performed by a retired NYPD detective and U.S. Army veteran who understands chain of custody, confidentiality, and getting the details right the first time. Each specimen is collected, sealed, and documented to strict standards before it goes to the laboratory.
Where Your Specimen Goes
Specimens are sent to certified laboratories for analysis. DOT specimens go only to HHS/SAMHSA-certified laboratories, as federal rules require. Results are released by the laboratory or Medical Review Officer to the authorized party, not by the collector.

Serving New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. We travel to your home, office, or job site, fully equipped to collect. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 6 AM to 8 PM.
